SHIPPING
Shipping options are presented at the time of checkout. Choose the option which best works for you. There is no lead-time for product unless it is marked pre-order. We ship to the United States. Please inquire for international shipping rates to sales@pillowpia.com.

Medium Parcel $9.50

SHIPPING TIME
In stock items ship within 3-5 business days.

PRE-ORDERS
Because we do not store credit card information, pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and are priority shipped to you as soon as they become available.

FREE RETURNS
Our return policy is 30 days for all products. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. 

If 30 days have gone by since your item shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@pillowpia.com.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 3 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
There is sometimes some processing time before a refund is posted. If 3 business days have passed since the processing of your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@pillowpia.com.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately final sale items (items ending in .99) cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@pillowpia.com
